twoday is pleased to announce that Justas Gudavičius has been appointed as the new Managing Director for twoday in Lithuania. Justas joins twoday from a position as Managing Director at Devbridge (now part of Cognizant) and brings over two decades of experience within IT and sales, as well as extensive leadership experience from his roles in companies such as Innodea and Affecto (now CGI).
In his previous roles, Justas has successfully grown the business through relentless focus on customers and overseeing successful delivery of complex projects.
At twoday, Justas will lead an already strong and thriving organization in Lithuania, joining a team deeply committed to deliver impactful solutions. He will play a key role in driving twoday Lithuania’s growth by providing high-quality borderless deliveries together with twoday’s teams in Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden that meet the clients’s needs. Justas will also focus on nurturing and developing local talents, growing the Lithuanian team, and creating a work environment that attracts and empowers the best IT professionals.
